Commission
Our commission or finder’s fee upon conclusion of a lease with a contractual period of up to 5 years is 3.0 net monthly rent payments of the average nominal rent, in relation to the entire duration, and upon conclusion of a purchase contract 5% of the purchase price, each plus VAT of the statutory amount. Should contractual durations above 5 years or additional option rights become objects of the contract, you must pay us an additional 1.0 net monthly rent payment plus statutory VAT. The commission becomes earned and payable upon conclusion of a contract.
