OHG, a company operating across Europe, was looking for a new location in direct proximity to their customers so they could act quickly and flexibly in spatial terms, too. They were prepared to compromise on other requirements for this aspect. Just as the brokerage of an appropriate property was coming to contract conclusion, the Master Immobilien GmbH consultant turned things around. They had been tirelessly working in the background and found an ideal alternative in the immediate vicinity of the client at the last minute. Working closely with the owner and client, a lease was concluded as quickly as possible for the approximately 400m² office space.
